Regulations have recently changed.
All installations now require a Certificate of Compliance, or the RECS may be withheld. Make sure your racking comes complete with engineer’s certification, and not only meets the wind rating category for the area but also for the individual house you are installing on. The feet need to be spaced to suit the terrain category and the wind classification.
